Cash Grants	• 501(c)3 organizations • Three-year average of at least $200k in private contributed income • Serve 50% or more clients based in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Southern Alameda Counties • Aligned with the family’s interests
Meeting Space	• 501(c)3 organizations
Office Space Grants	• 501(c)3 organizations • Aligned with the family’s interests
Affordable Housing Loans	• Must be on the Foundation's pre-qualified list of Nonprofit Housing Developers
