Cash Grants

• 501(c)3 organizations
• Three-year average of $300,000 in renewable private cash contributed income from local sources (i.e., unique one-time gifts, bequests, capital campaign & endowment contributions are excluded)
• Serve at least 50% of their primary clients in
Santa Clara, Southern San Mateo and Southern Alameda Counties and whose primary clients are at least 50% economically, emotionally and/or physically challenged
• Aligned with the family’s interests

 

Meeting Space

• 501(c)3 organizations or local public agencies

 

Office Space Grants

• 501(c)3 organizations
• Aligned with the family’s interests

 

Affordable Housing Loans

 

• Must be on the Foundation's pre-qualified list of Nonprofit Housing Developers
