Community Impact

By the end of March 2011, the Affordable Housing Fund had approved and committed more than $18 million, in the form of 55 loans to 50 projects, creating a combined total of 4,180 units of affordable housing.

An additional $9 million in support has been leveraged through other private and public sources, magnifying the Fund’s community impact.

The Foundation’s loan investments have helped to support the creation or preservation of the following projects:
