All Bay Area 501(c)(3) charitable organizations are eligible to use our nonprofit conference facilities at no charge, on a first-come, first-served reservation basis. All activities must be related to and support the charitable mission of their agency.
A $1 million General Liability Certificate of Insurance naming the Sobrato Foundation, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, The Sobrato Family Foundation and The Sobrato Organization and their related entities as additionally insured is required for every meeting use. For users of our Redwood Shores Center, RNM Properties must also be included in the list of additionally insured.
Commercial, religious, and partisan political activities are prohibited. The rooms are not available for use by individuals, groups without 501(c)(3) status, or those that cannot produce the required certificate of insurance.
How to Request a Meeting Date
An automatic email will be generated and sent back to you confirming that your request has been sent. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days informing you of availability and any required documents that may be needed.
